The EGD Collective is a grassroots movement across North America with a mission to help every emerging adult finish their education and find their place within gaming.

We are a one-of-a-kind leadership development experience that not only prevents students from dropping out or getting academically dismissed, but prepares and propels emerging adults into the games industry across development, business, and creative roles.

We also support careers beyond games, and remain alongside participants through the critical early years that follow—wherever their path leads.
